Day two: ecobricks and birdwatching

The day started nice and early again with some good coffee and breakfast. After that we went into the forest to practice some bird watching. It was really nice! A nice hike and looking at and for some birds with binoculars, I really liked it. During the trip, we also met an adorable puppy shepherd on a beach! He was so playful, running around, pressing up agains me, laying at my feet. It was amazing. I was all sandy afterwards, but it was worth it.

After we made some eco bricks, which was something. Nobody likes it, but it has to be done. We put plastic waste in bottles very tightly to use for building.

After that we played some games on the beach. Then we had a presentation by Nick, a man from South Africa who has a lot of knowledge and experience. It is really nice talking to him and learning from him! He sailed here from south africa and saw amazing things like so many whales and bioluminescence, etc.

After that we listened to some bird sounds to learn how to distinguish them. This was incredibly difficult, so we'll see hahaha
