Day seven: Chill day at camp

It was very calm at camp with everybody gone. After a nice and quite breakfast, I decided to go snorkeling. Before actually doing this, I had some struggles to find a good spot to put my solar panels (different struggles haha).

The snorkeling was very nice and beautiful again! Not Tanikely, but still amazing. I love just being in the water with all the fish and corals and turtles. After that and writing in the sun for a bit, I went to take a shower before everybody came back.

After lunch I walked to Ampang with two others to go to the markets. It was a lot of fun, but you really have to get used to being bombarded by the stand owner when you walk by, let alone look at something. They pull everything out of the closet to sell something to you, which can be overwhelming. The price differs aswell from stand to stand, they just think about one on the spot. 

Back at camp some of the people that went to "party town" had returned. They were (as expected) tired and hungover. One girl had even lost her phone there, which sounds very stressful. The stories I've heard from everyone about party town are all pretty bad. It is with locals, which is already more chaotic and there are LOTS of prostitutes and quite some old men with young Malagasy girls. Sooo sounds very appealing, right?

I looked for a quite space to look at some gecko's, chameleons and birds again. I think I got all of those now. The rest of the day was mostly chilling in a quite spot until dinner. At dinner I heard stories about the diving trips. They saw amazing things!!! I am so jealous! Whale sharks, whaled, manta rays, etc. After dinner it was mostly playing games until going to bed. It was a nice, chill, peaceful day :)
